Looking for some kind of shared space, co-working etc preferably in the Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge area, but would consider downtown for the right space.
My needs are a bit different in that I am looking for a fairly flexible arrangement where I pay for only what I use. How ever if the price is reasonable, I would agree to pay up to 150/Month on a month to month basis.
Otherwise I would pay a base rate (75-100/month) plus say 15-20/Day for the time I do use.

vince and sg.c mac, I just tried to load a file (copy of my Craigslist ad for the two offices) and may try to do so again when the file loading bug is squashed.
vince and sg.c mac, I have two small offices in the South Granville area, just south of Granville Island, on W7th just west of Fir, a block and a third west of Granville. Is this within your comfort zone?
Not too much. Basic desk, a good chair (which I can supply if needed) and by good I mean an ergonomic one. Kitchen is nice, mostly for a fridge and for tea.
A fast internet connection is a must.
What would your basic needs for a shared office be -- I mean in the way of physical amenities: kitchen, Internet, etc.
Vince, I would be interested in considering a sharing arrangement downtown. Are you a hi-tech worker by any chances?
