I would like to establish a pool of individual-owned but shared legal reference books for use by lawyers practicing corporate-commercial law in the Broadway corridor (Burrard to Cambie) and South Granville (Granville Street Bridge to West 16th Avenue) area of Vancouver. The books that I would make available for loan within the pool are:
- British Columbia Company Law Practice Manual (2 volumes)
- Due Diligence Deskbook
- Buying and Selling a Business
- Commercial Leasing (Annotated Precedents)

I have this machine and am willing to rent it or free-share it with other lawyers or swap its use for access to other office equipment.

This machine makes up cerlox bound booklets of various thicknesses with 8-1/2" x 11" paper. Suitable for preparing small numbers of presentation booklets, for example, for use in court.
