Eric is a leader, strategist, experienced manager, marketer, communications expert, technologist and champion of communities.

Over 11 years of leadership with 7 years experience at senior level, and 4 years in middle management. As a manager he oversaw over 400 staff and budgets up to £71 million. At C-Executive level of an organisation he oversaw 18,500 staff and turnover of £852 million. At board member level he served as governor of a large university in the UK.

He has led over ten different divisions in communications, marketing and services (both corporate and consumer facing). He has built and led large alliances and strategic partnerships. His experience has spanned private, public, community, political, non-profit and government sectors giving him a real understanding of organisation culture and development. This has been further strengthened by being part of a leadership team that merged 7 organisations, with a total of 22,000 staff and £1.15 billion in turnover.

For over 17 years he has worked in multiple sectors in every type of communication through every channel in multiple countries. He has led sales, fundraising, branding, marketing (product, services, B2B & B2C), market research, advertising (print & on-line), employee communications, information systems, information technology, public relations, sponsorship, CRM, public affairs and campaigns (political elections & non-profit).

He has been spokesperson in hundreds of broadcast and print interviews. He has spoken live to countless audiences of up 2500. He has trained thousands of people in management and communication skills.
