Our family owns this boat and would like to find someone or a family to share. We have it currently moored at our cabin on Bowen Island in the summer but could move it to a marina in or close to Vancouver. In the Fall, Winter and Spring (about 9 months) we store it on our property under covered shelter. The engine is a 135 horsepower Mercruiser inboard-outboard. Wanted to share, a condominium, townhouse, cottage, or small house in a warm climate in the Northern Hemisphere's winter on or near the ocean. Two bedrooms. 1500+ square feet. In very good condition. Willing to share with one or two other couples. We would want the use of it for some of the months of October-March. For our share, willing to pay approximately $200,000, so total cost could be $400,000-$600,000. Willing to see it rented out to others when the owners did not want to use it. No urgency.
